I'm at work... i no longer have time for the gym. I haven't worked out in 2 months due to china trip and then this. I feel so weak now... my six pack is almost gone and i just keep eating things like cheesecake because i'm too tired to do anything after work.

P.S. Geist, that's why i haven't been on (well partially). It's cause i get home by 6, dinner and shit by 7 and then i have to choose either girlfriend, paperwork, family, friends or video games (and i have to choose the video game lmao depends on who's on too...). Sorry i haven't been playin which ya'll. I'm hoping i can hop on tomorrow...

I got my 3 miles in and my sit ups and my arms. Now, I'm even more tired............ great. I wonder if I make a workout thread if I could inspire anyone else to start working out or inspire me to continue. Swimsuit weather is enough to get me started, but what about after that? It really is hard to make time and you have to think of your priorities. Working out is not always up there, but for me right now it is a priority. Good Luck with your classes, work and such and KEEP THOSE EYELIDS OPEN!!!!

I haven't worked out sence i was in basic training lol. wish i had the draw to workout, but sadly, i dont. i'm more so the intellectual type. that and i have a bad knee, so working out would hurt lol.

not yet venge, but i'm about to.

oh man don't even get me started on bad knees - i got two with arthritis which blows, all thanks to diving in high school. I swear when the weather gets colder i stiffen up like a.. well i can't think of a non-sexual reference.

I fall asleep pretty much anywhere and everywhere. I have iron-deficiency anemia and ever since I had mono I just haven't been the same. :/ Kinda sucks.

lol. Been dealing with it for a long time. The doctor pretty much said "Yeah well it'll take time just try to get more sleep."

Not very helpful advice considering I'm a zombie if I don't get 10 hours or more of sleep.
