Nice stuff, i smell what you're steppin in for that dual view thing. I just wish there was a way to view it where it wasn't so small, easier to see both ya know? I may look into this now as i have a friend with a pvr for MHP3 HD. How'd you crop it in anyway? Out of curiosity.

I can switch back and forth between different players views, using the smaller window to keep track of one while another players view is presented.

i had to download an expansion for WMM to do it. its the Picture in Picture trans effect.

I've got an hd PVR also if you find me online and want to try it. Though I suggest you ask Tifa from Unity (if you haven't done so already, I believe you have) about that multiple perspective thing. If I remember correctly her Monster Hunter Fan video had something like that also.
