Hi, I'm Seraphie, you can call me Sera.

I had the privileged of playing with Slater last night on Monster Hunter Tri. (YAY) I saw the link on his siggy so I sped right on over to see what he was creating. I have read his posts on Capcom and have been very impressed with is level of knowledge and dedication to the Monster Hunter world and also his finesse with other members. I am new to Monster Hunter seeing as how Tri is my first exposure to the game. It didn't take long for me to become addicted. I still feel newbie-ish and am still learning much about the game.

My intent is become more acquainted with the game and to play with others that have similar passions about the game. I'm not the best player, but I love it! I'm on Tri almost every night. I'm always open to suggestions and tips. I'm NOT easily offended and get irritated when people do not show respect. I am also very forgiving.

Welcome dude! Glad you found these forums. I'm a little disappointed you only have Tri, you seem like the kind of person i'd like to hunt with! Anyway feel free to stick around and see these forums develop... this space theme needs a makeover lmao.

TY V.T., it wouldn't take much to convince me to get the other MH's. I don't have a PSP, but I have been seriously thinking of getting a PS3. What would you suggest I start with? Maybe I'll PM you so I'm not filling up the introduce yourself thread. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks! (BTW, I'm a dudette, FYI)

oh right other stuff... Well i would just start with Unite, considering it's an expansion of Freedom 2 you're really getting 2 games for 1. MHF was an expansion port of MH1 and therefore doesn't have A LOT of features, such as socketing armor. Getting Unite will also keep you busy for a while, and there are a lot of people playing it still.. and i can help you on here and such.. and.. and.. do it!

Should know who I am, some of you, anyway. Used to be at Unity under the same name.

I'm a dudette (a lot of people seem to be surprised at this) and I started with Tri. Semi-retired from that now, I just attend the Unity hunts now. I've taken up MHFU and am hoping for a new MH to come to the western region soon.

It's a shame I'm separated from a lot of you on here. Hopefully with a new MH we can connect to each other.

Hahaha, it's just funny because even on Tri with a female avatar, people still call me "he", "him" when they refer to me.

I miss all you guys, too. I've done all I can (sent an email to Chump directly) to get myself back there, but at this point I doubt it.

Ashiee, if you get a PS3 let me know, I'm not far behind you! Does anyone know if the servers are separate on PS3 like they are for Wii? For example, EU can not play with NA in Tri. Is it the same with PS3?

Servers are not regional on PSN. My old clan in MAG had a few people from england, a russian guy and a couple of chinese and japanese players in it. the only thing thats regional for PSN are the stores. each region has its own store. So if you wan access to the JPN store, you need to make a japanese PSN account. I myself(venge as well) have a both a US and JPN account, this way i have access to both stores.

I also have a euro account! Can you say free stuff?!

Hey There, I'm ThaDNR, just DNR is good.

My friends just got me into Monster Hunter when Tri came out, they knew my gaming interests and it seems like it payed off...as I LOVE Monster hunter. Tri was my first game of course, but I had heard of the game before and didn't think it was that perfect...that is until I started playing it. So far I own Tri, Which Ive played for a while and it's gotten me used to its whole custom, and I'm HR 103 in it.
I own MHP3, I'm HR 6, and I've had the Privilege to play online with Vengefultorture, Who I have to thank for helping me Rank up, and I'm glad to had played it with ya.
I Own Freedom unite of course, but i'm only HR 5, and it's quite challenging...but through effort you gain the true success in the end, and it's really satisfying in that game seeing how difficult it can be.

I'm not the best...hell I know i'm far from it, but I have fun, and thats what counts. I look forward to talkin' with you guys and becoming friends.

Well, Back in high school, I used to play other online games and my name was "Dark-Ninja"
Then I started switching it up and somehow ended up with "DarkNinjaRai". Though it seemed a bit long, so I just turned it into DNR.
I also do know DNR means "Do not Resuscitate" lol

and i start playing mh when i got my personal psp which my only game was MHFU and i dont have an idea for what kind of game is it after a few days later i started to get addicted on Mh bacause of slater and vengefull videon which give me a guideof clearing MHFU quests.

Ghost of Sparta here! I've been playing Monster Hunter for some time now...not even really sure how long. Started out on MHF2 then went to MHP2NDG, played MH2 and even MHF on PC in Korean. I'm good friends with VengefulTorture and we pretty much have been hunting together since I started. I did, however, take about a 2 year hiatus. Just didn't have time for it and now I'm a father of a 9 month old little girl. I do plan on buying MHP3 HD for PS3 so if you want to play hit me up on that! If you have any questions, just ask.

I should also add that if there is anyone from PSU here, you might know me as Ares_Is_Dead from there. Ghost Of Sparta (or Ghost) is typically what I go by
