Can anyone tell me what third item is that i need to make the low rank barioth bow?

and how decent are jhen weapons?

and i forgot the rest right now so ill get back to you on that...

the jhen weapons aren't as good as tehy were in tri.

barioth bow:
Ice crest 1 requires: Barioth shell x4, Amber fang x2, Barioth spike x6, Frost sac x2
Ice crest 2 requires: Barioth carapace x4, amber fang+ x2, barioth spike x10, glacial sac x2
