Epic moments in MHFU.

most likely my biggest moment was a quest against fatalis in which that fool was just getting epic owned. he fliched after every second clust shot, i shot him out of the air with the ballista every time he tired to get up into the air. i flinched him out of OHKO fireballs 4 times witha cannon ball to the face. dude was getting jacked, lol. if you would liek to see the opposite of something like that, Venge has a video on his site of use helping to noobs out with HR6 white fatalis and they single handedly failed the quest for us. its a pretty funny vid.

Thanks for the promo dude! lol but yeah that match was a joke... damn noobs thinking they can just get by with shitty armor... grumble...

I have to admit that I did fail once in trying to actually kill Tigrex. I ended up scarring his head before he went into that dreaded rage mode. And coming from Tri to MHFU, it was a pretty big wake-up call. XD

But I just did the whole observe-the-monster-and-learn-openings method. Biggest issue for me is his homing charges - have to superman them. DX

Ahh, but there's a difference between my feelings towards Tigger and Narga. I was scared of Tigger (and because he's similar in type, Akantor.) but I think Nargacuga's cute and adorable (I feel that way with Bari) <3 so maybe that'll help.

Fatalis scares me with his insta-kill fireballs. Nuff said. I think I'll just camp behind him for the first couple of attempts. xD

So I got this game after playing through Tri, to death, and wanting something more.

So far it's been pretty sweet, but there was one thing that I wanted to try - killing Tigrex on the 1* Sinking Feeling quest.

He showed up on that quest suddenly and sent me to the kitty cart because he cornered me and I panicked. So I got as strong as I possibly could given what I had around then. I ended up forging the LS Iron Katana "Gospel" and upgrading my Kut Ku armor a few levels.

Died twice against him, but with 3 minutes left on the clock, I cut his tail, and then one slash later, he died.

Sat there all for a moment, but then remembered the quest and finished it with 20 seconds on the clock.

To me he IS a hard monster. Barioth doesn't compare to Tigger in any way in terms of difficulty. But I thought it was pretty cool that I rose up to that challenge with odds stacked against me and I still won. <_<

Only thing that annoys me now is that Guild Rathalos is more frustrating than Tigger was. -_-

There was a time in G rank when we were doing a rath hvnly run. So me and my friends set out on the silver n gold in the arena quest. We capture gOld rathian pretty quickly. Then we went to silver(he did the famous world tour for firt 5 mins >.>). When he was ready to be captured but flew up to do a triple fire ball. So we just set the trap under him and waited. He landed we threw tranqs. Screen flashed objective cleared! Stephen is done for! We dont have a clye how he died! And his kill screen was black. Confused us all very much.
